IRIS Business Tax: 3001 9635 - Box L168 must be completed if Box L167 is not complete
Resolution
You need to update to IRIS version 22.1.4.3 (check Help | About).
Once updated to 22.1.4.3 – regenerate the tax return and re-submit.
If you still get the error even after regenerating – HMRC have confirmed they are having server issues which is blocking the submission and advising users to submit the Tax return by post as HMRC will accept them.
