Problem

Resolution

Load BT and then load the client and the relevant period. The ‘Rate of Tax’ is based all the entries been made below:

Go to Data Entry > Company Information > Select the Company type from the drop-down menu> Ok.
Go to Client – View – untick ‘UK resident’. OK
Back on the BT screen – this triggers a new screen layout
On the very top right of BT – Tick ‘liable for corporation tax’
Go to Data entry- Choose the relevant option – company information- Use the ‘full rate of tax’
Run tax comp and it should show the 25% tax rate.
