Problem

IRIS Business Tax- Submit and get Void_com_issue_error(Int32) and NOT ENOUGH SPACE ON THE DISK

Resolution

When you try and submit a Tax return you get the error: Void_com_issue_error(Int32)

1.Check if you have any PDFs attached and check their size. This is because HMRC only permits a maximum size of 2MB, you would need to compress it OR not attach it OR post this PDF to HMRC separately. If you have attached ‘multiple PDFs’ (eg 2+) – then check each one, if you cannot find a issue with any single one, then try and generate a tax return with just one PDF attached, if it generates fine then it may be a issue with all the ‘combined attached PDFs’.

2. If you do not have any PDFs attached then restart your IRIS and load it up again and regenerate the Tax return again.

3. If you still get the issue then ensure you are on the latest IRIS version – Help and About – and ‘Check for downloads’

4. If you only get the ‘NOT ENOUGH SPACE ON THE DISK’ warning whilst in Hosting and its affecting other programs then contact IRIS Hosting to review your disk space.
