Problem

When trying to do electronic checks in IRIS AML, it is not going through or a message appears to sign up

Resolution

Electronic checks are supplied by a third party company and have a charge associated for each check. This company is called ‘GB Group PLC’. To sign up for this, you will need to do the following;

Log in as an Admin user
Click MRLO/Administrator functions
Electronic ID check account
Apply to open a new account

There are details on this form on where to send it to. Once you have signed up and you have log in details, you need to do the following:

Log in as an Admin user
Click MRLO/Administrator functions
Electronic ID check account
Enter account details
