How to Set/Change a Password for a Confidential Client

You may need to password protect a client in IRIS which will ensure only selected users can access this client by accessing the password.

• Login to IRIS
• Open the Client Browser (this can be accessed from any module)
• Search for the client
• Highlight then click on view
• Then click on Advanced | Confidentiality
• The screen displayed will allow you to enter a password for the client which will make it confidential
