I get an INSTALLATION ERROR - 21 - SQL Server / Database Connection failure - When installing the 23.1.0.753 IRIS LPO. How do I resolve?

Resolution

Following the 23.1.0.753 installation on your application server, you may encounter this installation failure when attempting to do the LPO installation on your terminal server.

This issue remains under investigation, however, to resolve the problem, please make sure that you are logged in as a Domain Administrator. If you are unsure of what login this is, please speak to your IT Support for further assistance.
