Problem
The PAYE bulk update tool has been ran, how can the log file which documents the changes be accessed?
Resolution
Users are required to:
Right click on the IRIS icon and select Properties
Within the short cut tab which is opened by default, click the Open File Location button.
NOTE: on some versions of Windows this may be labelled as Find Target
Scroll to the top of the IRIS programs directory and double click on the yellow Logs folder
Locate the file labelled as PAYEDistrictCodeUpdateLog.txt and double click to open
This file will provide a list of clients and the change made by the tool to the PAYE tax districts
