Problem
The client has a car which is not showing within the database provided by IRIS, how can the car benefit be entered?
Resolution
It is not essential that the car be chosen from the IRIS database. It is possible to type in the make and model of the car within the box and enter the figure of carbon dioxide emissions and fuel type Once this information has been entered IRIS will calculate the car benefit amount.
