Problem

It has been identified that a small number of customers are getting the the following error when trying to install or Update IRIS Software C:XXXIRISXXX.EXE is not a valid Win32 application

Resolution

This error indicates that the download is incomplete or has become corrupted. Please delete the file and try the download again, saving the file to your desktop. Check the file size matches that on the downloads page and the retry the update. This may also be due to your Antivirus corrupting the file as it downloads, so once the file has completed downloading, it is not able to be used. Turn off your Antivirus (most have a Pause feature for x amount of minutes), then try to download the file again remembering to turn your Antivirus back on once the download is complete.
