Problem
IRIS AutoMail could crash resulting in errors. The errors could be different for each of the user.
Resolution
The following will need to be carried out:
Remove trailers
Existing document Templates would need to get recreated
If using the Virtual Cabinet product all existing template in IRIS Automail would need to be recreated, this can have a huge impact on time and use of resource if you a considerable amount of IRIS AutoMail templates
Note: IRIS won’t support any interaction if AutoMail is used with Virtual Cabinet-Virtual Cabinet is not supported in association with IRIS AutoMail
