Problem

When running a report the Report Destination always defaults to Printer even though I have clicked Screen.

Resolution

This error is likely to be caused by a permissions error. Please check and ensure the EVERYONE group has Full Control on the IRIS folder. You may need to seek assistance from your own IT support team to make this change.
