Problem
It has been reported by a user when trying to send an email from IRIS the following error message appears:
Resolution
This error is quite common when there is a 64bit version of Office installed. Uninstalling the 64bit version and installing the 32bit version of Office will resolve this problem.
To check what version of Microsoft Outlook is being used please select,
File | Help
If you are running a 32bit version of Office the information in the Microsoft KB 813745 may provide additional help.
