When trying to update IRIS or PTP Accounts Production the following error occurs Installation Error - 2 - Configuration Error This installation has aborted while checking the existing configuration.

Resolution

The IRIS Support team will need to investigate this failure, use the instructions below to send your installation logs to us Details for sending in your log files can be found in KB IAS-11884
