Problem

When trying to update or install IRIS or PTP Accounts Production the following error occurs Installation Error - 13 - Failed to Restore Database The update has failed and it has not been possible to restore the previous version's database. The software is in pre-upgraded version format but the database maybe in a hybrid state. Your should restore your own backup of the database that you took prior to starting the upgrade

Resolution

For instructions on restoring a database please refer to KB IAS-7171 The IRIS Support team will need to investigate this failure, use the instructions below to send your installation logs to us Details for sending in your log files can be found in KB IAS-11884
