- I have been using Practice Management and now need to log in as a different user but I am not being prompted for a login?
- Resolution
- This is likely to be occuring because Practice Management is still open. You will need to close the PM Icon, which is open in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Right-click on the PM icon in the system tray and select close to fully log out. If you still experience this issue check in the task manager for any iwinpasl.exe or iwinpacl.exe processes running for your username. If there are any listed end these.
