- When carrying out a search in IRIS Docs 0 Search results appear
- Resolution
- This can be due to one of two reasons:
No documents match the search criteria
The user does not have access to the filing cabinets in which documents have been saved, to add the user as a member of the filing cabinets in IRIS Docs please follow the steps below:
- Sign into IRIS Docs as an administration user
- Click Administration
- Click Filing Cabinets.
- Click Show Filling Cabinets.
- Right-click on Relevant Folder | Edit Members and Info Types.
- Add new user and click on OK.
- Select Update this client folder only.
