Problem

I am applying FRS 102 for my posting period, however, Accounts Production is adopting the old UK GAAP taxonomy?

Resolution

The Taxonomy used by IRIS will vary for FRS 102 postings depending upon whether you have chosen to adopt FRSSE. This is because there is a different taxonomy that is required to be used for FRS 102 and FRSSE 2015. If you wish to use the FRS 102 taxonomy you will not be able to adopt FRSSE. Please ensure the following steps have been completed: 1. Select – Client | View, enter the date 01/01/2015 or onwards within A/P Dates Note: Any dates input will be used to control selections within the New/Change Posting Entry screen and Annual/iXBRL, therefore when applying FRS 101 or 102 a date prior to 01/01/2015 can NOT be entered. 2. Within the Data Screens select – Edit | Data Screen | Small Companies | FRSSE – un-tick box Important Note: The iXBRL Tagging quick list will not show the FRS 102 taxonomy if the FRSSE has been ticked within the Data Screen.
