What files do I need to backup to make sure that I can carry on with the minimum of disruption in case of an emergency.
Resolution
The following will help in the backing up of your IRIS data. Most data is held inside a SQL database while all non-SQL data is located within the IRIS\Data folder. It is suggested that the SQL database is backed up to the IRIS\Data\SQLBAK folder and the IRIS Data Folder is backed up as part of your normal external backup routine. NOTE: IRIS can take no responsibility for any loss caused by not making a correct backup
