Problem
I have noticed there is a field for Personal clients called 'Other Identification', what is it for?
Resolution
The field’ Other Identification’ field was brought in for money laundering purposes, and is designed as a place for a person’s Passport number or Driving licence details to be entered.
It is a freeform text box that can be used for any purpose you see fit, and it can be used in IRIS AutoMail letters and searched upon within Data Mining.
