This error has been known to appear for individual users when running Tax Return reports in Personal Tax or Business Tax.
Resolution
Following the steps below may help to resolve the issue
Close down IRIS
Browse to the location mentioned in the error. (Following the example above, this would be in
‘C:\Users\Adrian\AppData\Local\IRIS_Group_Ltd\
iwinptax.exe_Url_4jhrdftnsbwuuhmgdoz4dxporfier2xa\0.0.0.0\’)
Right click on the ‘user.config’ file and choose rename. Rename to ‘user.configOLD’
Click yes if there is a warning that appears.
Then retry the report
