Resolution

This occurs when the software is checking the company name, registered office and year end matched that is held by Companies House, these checks have been introduced to reduce rejections. Please note they are optional and not necessary for the process of submitting accounts. To bypass this feature please follow the below steps Open Accounts Production, click Setup, click Electronic Options and untick the two bottom options. IMPORTANT : Users will receive a submission receipt, however you will not be able to check beforehand that the company, name, number and year end are the same as to what Companies House are expecting. Please remember to re-tick the boxes after submission to get the checks back in place for the future. We strongly advise where possible accounts are submitted as soon as possible to reduce the chance of getting a late filing penalty and to allow time to resolve any technical difficulties which may include internet issues, problems at Companies House or software issues.
