Problem
The client has paid tax at source on their UK land and Property income, where can this be entered?
Resolution
1. Log into Personal Tax and select the relevant client.
2. Click UK Land and Property then select Property Income.
3. Click the Income tab located in the bottom half of the screen on the righ then double click on the entry for the income received.
4. The Tax deducted box is located towards the bottom of the data entry screen.
Please note that foreign properties tax is also entered onto the same screen as the income received.
