Problem
The following message is being produced when generating an R40(CG) for 2010 and earlier "Please note that from 6th April 2011 HMRC will no longer accept the R40(CG), this form may be printed for reference but must not be submited to HMRC. If capital gains are to be reported the SA100 and SA800 must be completed Click OK to continue printing or Cancel to stop the production of the R40(CG)
Resolution
From 6th April 2011 HMRC will no longer accept the R40(CG) form. To allow users to obtain copies of forms produced in earlier years click OK to print however this form must not be submitted to HMRC, the SA100 and SA800 must be submited instead
