- Account period end date falls within the 2016 tax year, when the 2015 return is being produced, why are the figures being apportioned. Should this not be a blank return?

- The guidance in the Self Assessment Partnership Tax Return Guide page 7 states that if no accounts end in 2014-15 Users are required to: 1. Provide details of the partnership’s income and expenses for the period 6 April 2015 to 5 April 2016, and 2. Enter 6 April 2015 to 5 April 2015 in boxes 3.4 and 3.5. 3. HMRC Restriction
