Problem
When launching the OpenSpace link from the Client Browser screen when accessed via the modules listed below the following error can occur
  • Time
  • Fees
  • Time Sheet Entry
  • AutoMail
  • Staff Planning IWINXXXX.EXE has stopped working when Launching the OpenSpace Link
  • Resolution
    We are working to resolve this issue but to link your clients to OpenSpace please open the Client Browser via one of the other modules ie Accounts Production.
