It has been reported that when opening the IRIS Portal Menu or any of the IRIS modules the following error can occur; IsolPIOCoreDal.Dll errror When accessing IRIS, internal consistency error, logical line 7041, could not load assembly, software detected error

Resolution

Please upgrade to v11.9.2 to resolve this problem.
