I have attached a client to the wrong chart how can I change it?
Resolution
If there have not been any postings made following the steps below will help to Swap Charts
Open Accounts Production and select the client. Click Edit | Swap Chart to display a list of Account Charts.
Select the correct chart and press OK to confirm.
If postings have been made you may encounter the “Swap to another chart is not permitted error”. For more information and steps to resolve this problem please refer to KB IAS-12166.
