Problem
How to change formatting on generated AutoMail letters/Fee Documents from 11.9.0 E.g. Font Style/size, Incorrect Spacing
Resolution
From 11.9.0, if generated letters/fee documents show incorrect formatting, the changes will need to be made on a template by template basis. Please find the details below to assist with this:
Accessing the templates
Open IRIS AutoMail
Click Templates
Browse to the folder where the template is located
Highlight the appropriate template
Click Edit
To Amend Font Style/Size
Within the template Click on the Home tab at the top of the Microsoft Word
Change the font style & size to the appropriate options
To Amend Spacing
Click on the Page Layout Tab
Amend the spacing (For Before & After) As required. If no spacing is required set both to 0
It is also recommended to check the default page size of the template, please find the steps below to assist with this:
Click on the Page Layout Tab
Click Size | Select A4
