Resolution
When Iris cordination services is missing on the stand alone or the sever you can add it. Here is how:
1. open DOS prompt (run ->cmd ->command prompt run as admin)
2. Type – cd(to get the command prompt) -> type in C:WindowsMicrosoft.NetFrameworkV4.0.30319
3. Once in the above folder type in – installutil.exe driveletteririsfolderirisidservice.exe
