V16.2.1 PSC Forms (LTD and LLP) are now available to generate and e-file.

From version 16.2.1 which is now available to download from our website. Users are able to generate and e-file People with Significant Control (PSC) Forms for Limited companies (LTD) and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP). The PSC forms are for both limited company and limited liability partnerships: ? PSC01 – Notice of individual person with significant control (PSC) ? PSC02 – Notice of relevant legal entity (RLE) with significant control ? PSC03 – Notice of other registrable person (ORP) with significant control ? PSC04 – Change of details of individual person with significant control (PSC) ? PSC05- Change of details of relevant legal entity (RLE) with significant control ? PSC06 – Change of details of other registrable person (ORP) with significant control ? PSC07 – Notice of ceasing to be an individual person with significant control (PSC), relevant legal entity (RLE), or other registrable person (ORP) ? PSC08 – Notification of PSC statements ? PSC09 – Update to PSC statements The forms listed above are used to notify Companies House about changes to the PSC register that is held at Companies House. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the registers are not held at Companies House, the People with Significant Control information is disclosed on the Confirmation Statement (CS01) form when submitted to Companies House.
