I have just purchased SQL Server 2016 can I install this onto my Windows 2008 Server

Resolution

Unfortunately Windows 2008 Server is not a supported operating system for SQL 2016. If you have purchased SQL 2016 directly from IRIS you are able to download and install SQL 2014 For more information on support operating systems please click here
