- It has been identified that some versions of AVG Internet Security are removing files from the IRIS installation directory. This is causing functions such as the Submit CH-Efile button not to work.

To resolve this issue you will need to add an AVG exception on ALL machines using IRIS. Following the steps below will help you add the exception. Open your AVG program. From the Options menu select Advanced settings. In the left pane select Exceptions. In the right pane click Add exception.
In the drop-down menu please select the exception type. Browse to the IRIS folder for example if it’s a local installation C:\IRIS or network install \\servername\iris Ensure all boxes are ticked Click OK to save details of the exception.
Click OK to close the screens. Once the AVG exception has been added, please download the file from the link below. Once the file is downloaded please save to the IRIS directory. Please note the file below is only for 16.3.1 https://www.dropbox.com/s/8lphhonbg4u6rqh/Iris.Accounts.Filing.CH.exe?dl=0 If this still does work we would recommend an IRIS update/IRIS repair.
