How to change Job Assignee in bulk
Resolution
- Open Practice Management | Launch | Job Planning
- Select the service in the top left corner then click on find
- Highlight the clients you wish to change the Job assignee for
- Right click on the selection and select (Job Partner/Manager/Assignee)
- Click OK for the changes to take effect
- This would need to be repeated for each service
