How to amend VAT rate for a particular job when posting a bill

The steps below will walk you through changing the VAT rate for a particulat job when posting a bill. – Within the client billing decisions screen, untick ‘Use single VAT rate’. This will now show a VAT Rate column within the billing screen. – Clicking on the spyglass for the VAT Rate column will pop up a new box titled ‘Fees Ledger VAT Rates’. – Highlight the VAT Rate you wish to use and click Select. – This will now update the VAT Rate column with the selected rate.
