Why is the Second Year of FRS accounts showing share capital as issued rather than b/fwd?
Resolution
Please go to into the UK GAAP file for the year you have restated. There will be two post files ; one in FRS and the original in UK GAAP.
Edit – Data Screens – Small Companies – FRSSE and untick the top statement in regards to financial statements being prepared in accordance with the FRSSE.
