Problem

Since upgrading to IRIS 17.3 I am unable to read Emails sent through IRIS Users can send out emails from IRIS without issue. However, they cannot open the attachments from the sent email. PDF attachements return the following error message when opened: They get the following error when opening Word attachments: You can open the documents without issue through the communications tab (and the email screen).

Resolution

Please download here Once saved double click to apply the fix. If you receive an unable to run message follow the instructions below; Right click the exe file and choose properties Tick Unblock and then click Apply You will now be able to run the fix as detailed above If you encounter any issues please email support@iris.co.uk
