Can I upload to Company Formations a custom Memorandum and Articles of Association in Microsoft Word or PDF format?
Resolution
1. Yes you can but it must not contain scanned images or any scanned parts of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
2. It must be completely written in word or converted to pdf.
3. Then within Company Formation click on Reports (on the top toolbar)
4. Incorporation forms
5. Select the spyglass next to ‘Use external document’
6. Choose your document and attach
