Problem
When staff members leave or change departments, how can you change all their jobs to another member of staff in bulk rather than indivdually?
Resolution
From practice management,
Launch | Job Planning
– Select Service
– Tick all stages under ‘Include Jobs’, Ensure ‘All Clients’ are selected under ‘Include Clients’ and tick ‘Next job p/e not supplied’
– Click Find
– Highlight Jobs (Hold ‘Ctrl’ while left clicking to choose selected clients OR to select all, click the top client, scroll tot he bottom, Hold ‘Shift’ and left click the bottom client
– Right click on the selection
– Set Job Partner/Manager/Assignee
– Select staff and click OK
