Resolution
1. Go to Posting / Post File Maintenance / Entries > highlight the current year and click Change > Change the Accounting Standard to FRS 102 and click. When prompted for A/P date, click YES to continue. Close out of screens.
2. Then go to Edit / Data Screens / Company Information / Signatures on Reports / Report of the Directors and untick company secretary > click Save
3. Change the current year posting entry accounting standard back to FRS 105 in Posting / Post File Maintenance and re run iXBRL
