Users are receiving a script error when opening Iris Docs. Script Error An error has occured in the script on this page. Line: 1042 Char: 7 Error: 'ga' is undefined Code: 0 URL: https://www.iris.co.uk/iris-solutions/accountants-in-practice/practice-management/iris-docs/resource-portal-2/ Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
Resolution
To resolve this issue please see the steps below.
– Log into Iris Docs as Administrator user
– Expand Administration – Global Settings – Resource Portal
– Delete the path within the Resource Portal Home Page.
– Close and reopen Iris Docs.
