Problem
The amounts from Accounts Production are not pulling through to Tax Computation within Business Tax.
Resolution
Please do the following to resolve this issue in Business Tax: –
- Go to Client in the top left-hand corner
- View
- Please check the Trading: Commenced date is entered correctly
- If there is a Ceased date entered – remove this date
- Click save and close
Once all the above is completed and the figures are correct on the CT600 and Tax computation. You can enter the ceased date back in if there was one. You can continue to generate the Electronic Tax return.
Or
Go to Edit in the top left-hand corner | Posting – in the top part of the table, there should only be one posting entry.
- If there is two posting entries
- Highlight the irrelevant posting entry and delete it
