Resolution

Go to Client, View, Tax Tab and delete the Client UTR, save and exit then go back in and manually type in the clients UTR again and save. Then regenerate the return and submit – if you get the 5093 again then this is a possible HMRC issue.
Also ensure you are on the latest IRIS version first – Help and About. If you are not on latest version, then update and regenerate the return, however we would also recommend you contact HMRC at the same time whilst you start the process to update, as it is usually an issue from their side, see below:
HMRC have confirmed with prior enquiries that the 3001 5093 error message can be down to the clients UTR being incorrect. Please contact HMRC support and ask to speak to a senior, then ask them to check whether they have the correct information on their side that corresponds with the entry made in IRIS.
