Can I turn off the credit/debit validation?
Resolution
To turn off the debit/credit validation per batch of postings from within the posting screen,
For one client, within the posting screen:
Batch Control | re-open or create a new batch | tick ‘Credit/Debit validation off’ box | OK.
To turn off the warning globally for all clients,
Setup | Posting Screen Options | Credit/Debit Validation off
NOTE: This change will not take effect until a NEW batch has been created within the posting entry.
