Report Options - Group Settings

Each user group can have its own permissions set. If the client wants standardised formats for the accounts, he can either: Have one Staff Group, MASTER, which will control all the report options OR Log into Accounts Production as a user from each group and go into Reports | Annual | Group Setup and ensure the selections are what is required. Once satisfied with this, go into System Maintenance | Staff | Staff Maintenance and view the group. For each user you need to ensure the permission ‘can ammend report options’ is unchecked. NB: you may also want to check the margins set up for each user group
