The Staff Costs note will appear with the following balances: Wages and salaries – sub accounts 1-4 Social security costs – sub account 5 Other pension costs – sub accounts 6-7 The sub accounts are present on any staff costs account i.e 220, 254 etc Note: It is NOT possible to change the descriptions shown above. To Freeform the Staff Costs note select: Edit | Data Screens | Notes to Financial Statements | Profit and Loss Items | Staff Costs | Additional/Replacement Note.
