It has been identified that when trying to print from an IRIS module the following error can occur: REPORT PROCESSOR ERROR An Error Has Occurred - The Details Are As Follows: Module .rpw_DEVMODE.cpp Line Number 348 Win32 Error Code 122 Win32 error message: The data area passed to a system call is too small Description: Failed to get the count of paper sizes for printer
Resolution
Following the steps below may resolve the issue with printing.
Click Start
Click Control Panel
Click Printers and Faxes
Right-Click on the printer
Choose Properties
Click on printing preferences button.
Ensure Paper size is set to A4
Click OK
Click Advanced Tab
Untick the box labelled Enable Advanced Printing Features
Click OK and then Retry the Report
