Problem
How is box 1 on page T 1 completed to show the net income from a discretionary trust?
Resolution
Users are required to:
1. Log on to Personal Tax and select client.
2. Select Trusts, Settlements and Estates, select Discretionary Trusts.
3. Click New, add the Trust details.
4. Enter the Net income, press Tab then enter the date income received.
