Problem

After moving an SQL version of IRIS or after restoring an SQL database it is necessary to recreate the IRIS Logins.

Resolution

For detailed instructions on recreating the IRIS Logins please refer to the IRIS Help Centre Here NOTE: This assumes that IRIS is installed into C:IRIS. If IRIS is installed in a different location you will need to change the path accordingly as well as using the correct SQL instance name.
