How do I change a users password?
Resolution
Following the steps below may help to change the password.
To Change Your Own Password
Log into System Maintenance
Click Staff
Click Change Own Password
You will be prompted to enter the password password twice
Click OK to apply the changes
To Change Another Users Password
Open System Maintenance
Login to IRIS as the MASTER user
Click Staff, Click Change user’s password
You will be prompted twice for the password
Click OK to apply the changes
