Problem

It has been reported that in some situations users are unable to allocate a 'Fund' to relevant Postings within the Posting Screen of a Charity client. The client has been correctly set up on the ICHA chart, appropriate Funds are present under Edit | Funds and the field appears correctly within the Posting screen however when the magnifying glass is selected no list of Funds appears? Note: A list of Funds appears when 'amending' a Posting.

Resolution

Select Client | View The ‘Business Type’ should be set to ‘Charity’ when using ICHA/UCHA chart.
